Firstly, the product itself is of very high quality, but anyone who has done research would know Phallosan make their products from the highest quality materials. My order arrived in a plain white box and the components inside where sealed in an airtight plastic. There was also a detailed instruction manual which showed me exactly how to use it. They have covered every base and I am more than happy I chose Phallosan over other products on the market.
