Our online transactions are monitored continuously to ensure your data is always safe and protected. Credit cards are billed discreetly, and your statement will only show the name of our parent company, “Swiss Sana”. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
PayPal – One of the most recognised names in online payment solutions, allows you to make secure transactions quickly and easily. Once an account is set up, you can purchase items online without entering any financial details. PayPal uses many security measures, including encryption and world-leading fraud protection technology. They also offer a buyer protection program, so you are entitled to a reimbursement if your product is not delivered or arrives damaged. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and your nominated Bank Account.
Bank Transfer – When you select this option at the checkout, you will be shown our banking account details. Proceed to transfer funds from your bank account to ours, ensuring all details are correct. Please keep in mind it will take 1 to 2 business days for a bank transfer to complete. Once we have received the funds, your goods will be shipped.
Shipping:
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by another email with tracking details. This will allow you to follow your delivery as soon as it leaves our warehouse. For discretion, we use a plain white box for packaging, with no indication of the contents. All orders received by 3 pm are shipped the same day.

In Store Pickup:
If, for whatever reason, you prefer to collect your Phallosan Forte in person, you may do so from our office. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, but please call to make an appointment. We accept credit cards, PayPal, cash, bank transfers and have repayment plans for approved applicants.
