Shipping:
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by another email with tracking details. This will enable you to track your delivery as it leaves our warehouse. For discretion, we use a plain white box for packaging, with no indication of the contents. All orders received by 3 pm are shipped the same day.

In-Store Pickup:
If you prefer to collect your Phallosan Forte in person, you may do so from our office. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, but please call to make an appointment. We accept credit cards, PayPal, cash, and bank transfers and have repayment plans with Afterpay for approved applicants. EFTPOS with Tap and Pay is available.
