When you select this option at the checkout, we will email you our bank account details. Proceed with the transfer of funds from your bank account to ours, using a recognisable reference, such as your surname. Please remember that a bank transfer may take up to 1 to 2 business days to complete. Once we have received the funds, your goods will be shipped.

Shipping:
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 5 minutes. The following business day, your order will be shipped, and you will receive a second email with tracking details. This will enable you to follow your delivery as soon as it leaves our warehouse. For discretion, we use a plain white box for packaging, with no indication of the contents.

In-Store Pickup:
If you prefer to collect your Phallosan Forte in person, you may do so from our office. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Please call to make an appointment before you arrive. We accept credit cards, PayPal, cash, and bank transfers and have repayment plans with Afterpay for approved applicants. EFTPOS with Tap and Pay is available.
