How to Use Phallosan Vertical
Phallosan Vertical has an instruction manual included with the kit. Start with the Phallosan Forte knee cuff (B). Attach it just under your kneecap and fasten it using the Velcro straps. Setup takes some practice but can be done in less than one minute after one week!
The amount of tension is measured by the traffic light system on Phallosan Forte: green, yellow, and red. In the first two months, ensure this stays in the green or yellow sections; otherwise, you may apply too much force. The amount of tension can easily be adjusted using the included Velcro fasteners. This allows the patient to apply tension unique to their needs, especially convenient for penile curvature.
Usage Steps
The first step to using the Phallosan Forte penis enlargement system is establishing your penile size with the kit’s measuring template. This will let you determine the proper bell and condom sleeve size. The initial assembly features a medium-sized bell and condom; however, you can easily change them to a smaller or larger one if you prefer. Move the tension clip to a 90-degree position and remove it, along with the medium-sized bell and condom. Next, attach the appropriate-sized bell and condom, ensuring the green switch on the suction ball lines up with the arrow on the bell so it snaps in place. Reattach the tension clip.
The next step is to roll the condom over the head of the bell. Put the suction bell between your knees and carefully roll the condom to the edge of the suction bell, and then pull it behind the head of the bell. This process is demonstrated at approximately the 1-minute mark in the video above.
It’s time to attach the protection cap, which protects your glans from the pressure of the vacuum. Use your thumbs and index fingers to pull apart the protector cap. Set it carefully over your glans. The protector cap stretches easily and should fit snugly over your glans. It is essential to ensure as little air as possible remains at the tip of the glans. After a few weeks, your glans will adapt to the pressure exerted by the device, and you won’t need the protective cap.
You have completed all preparations and are now ready to connect the device. Place your capped penis into the glass bell. Then move the condom down over your penis until it has unrolled completely. Rotate the green valve until it reaches the pump symbol. This will activate the suction pump. As you complete this step, the vacuum action will draw the glans up more into the bell. During this process, the sleeve condom will mold itself along the shaft of your penis to ensure your comfort.
Now, you’re ready to maintain the vacuuming action. To do this, move the green valve to the locking emblem. The next step is to take hold of the belt and set the foam ring over the Phallosan Forte’s suction bell. Slide it down until it reaches the end of your penis shaft. Bring the other side of the belt around your hips to connect the extender’s two eyelets. The belt comes with a push buckle that you can use to tighten to your desired level.
